Ninety minutes gives us the space to work more comprehensively, especially when there are multiple areas or layers contributing to what you’re experiencing. It also allows us to slow down. Rather than moving quickly from one technique or area to the next, we can give your tissues and nervous system more time to respond to the work. Sometimes the most effective treatment isn’t doing more, it’s giving the body enough time to actually receive what we’re doing. This is an excellent choice when your body needs more thoughtful attention, when you have a complex or longstanding concern, or when you simply benefit from a slower, more thorough approach. Best for: Comprehensive therapeutic work, multiple areas of concern, complex or persistent tension, recovery, or when your body needs time rather than intensity.
